Definition
an agreement between parties or a law concerning the rights and duties in the creation or publication of MediaResources
Description
A set of contractual terms involving different parties and Rights and used to commission/contract the creation of Resources. A Contract covers the ProductionOrder and sales order combined. The contract connects the Rights to any contractual parties. A contract defines one or more set of Rights.
